Reception is open 24 hours a day to cash change, faxes, wake up calls, taxi, provide cards for room message service and whenever you need an iron, laundry service, any technical problem that my accur or any thing else please ask for assistance.


Room Cleaning Services Rooms are cleaned Daily and Bed sheets, Towels, Foot towelsare changed in every three days. Cleaning of rooms starts at 1000am and rooms with the green card hanging on the door have priority. If red card is not on the door by 1000am, it can be knocked for cleaning. Towels and Sheets are changed in every 2-3 days – you can request extra if needed.


Pillow menu Exelans Hotel provides guests with a pillow menu in order to accommodate their preferences and to guarantee a perfect night’s rest. We are now offering a pillow menu in all our rooms. With different pillow options we want you to choose the pillow that fits you best. If you want a different pillow than you find in your bed, please call the front desk and they will help you find the pillow you want.


Internet & Telephone Internet is provided free of charge and it is available just for guests around the bar and restaurant areas: There is a sign up at the reception for password and terms & conditions.

Electricty: Please insert your room key in the slot provided by the door.

Do not forget to take your room card with you when you exit the room.


Hot water is provided by electric backed-up solar panel systems.




Laundry service: Dry cleaning and ironing services are possible. We offer a 24 hours return laundry service and a 12 houlrs return ironing service. If our guest request these services until 1200 their colthes are delivered in 24 hours at an additional cost.


Safe Boxes: Safe deposit boxes are provided at the rooms free of charge. Hotel management is not responsible for any valuable items left in the rooms or on the premises.


Airport transfer: If required, we can book your transport from the Airport to hotel or from the hotel to Airport.  If you are travelling with special baggage we can arrange transport that meets your needs. (payable)


Sightseeing: Our team at reception will be more than happy to provide you with information about the best ways to see the city, including timetables, routes and means of transport, for the bus Touristic, the city’s Museums and a variety of other tourist attractions. The main street is in two minute walking distance from our hotel. It is in a central location thats easy to reach everywhere around Fethiye and its surroundings.


Doctor service: Doctor calling by phone when you needed, possible during 24 hours. (payable)


Mini Bars are on a separate circuit and not turned off when key sare removed.


Air Conditioning should not be left on while you are out of the room.
