Hotel Regulations and Important Reminders

  • Registration: Every person that occupies a particular guest-room/s must be registered in name on the official registration card supplied by the hotel.
  • Electricity is 220V in provide. Please insert your from card holder into the energy box by the door in order to start the energy system of your room. Don’t forget to take your room card with you when you exit the room.
  • Food and Drinks brought from outside the serviced residence: Such items are subject to inspection by our Security Officers stationed at the lobby entrance. This is for hygienic and sanitation purposes.
  • Visitors: All visitors must be registered at the Front Desk by presenting proper identification. Only registered guests have access to Guest Floors.
  • Partying: Partying is not allowed in consideration of your next-door neighbor and co-guests who wish to have peace and quiet during their stay.
  • TV Volume:Television sets should be set at a comfortable listening level as a consideration to your neighbors and co-guests.
  • Non-Smoking Floors and rooms:all rooms have been assigned as a non-smoking area. 
  • Lost and Found: For inquiries on lost items, please call the officer/reseption–in-charge on duty.
  • Pest Control Treatment: In-room pest control treatment is scheduled twice a month.  This is to ensure that our guests receive the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene. A service announcement is placed inside the general area one day prior to schedule for your reference.
  • Fire Alarm System:All bedrooms and floors are strictly non smoking,Our fire alarm system is linked to each individual bedroom with smoke detectors in each.
  • Emergency Plan
  • Swimming Pool: Available for your use from 10: 00 am to 20:00 Kindly observe the rules stipulated at the pool area. Special care should be taken to avoid water accidents.
  • Insurance From slip and fall accidents involving guests, to a fire that damages a room and causes smoke inhalation injuries, that we have insurance coverage to help protect all of hotels and hotels guests.
